Why isn't the grid transparent or why doesn't the opacity slider work?

Dr. Levin's Phi Dental Grid by PhiMatrix uses advanced graphics features of Windows XP and 2000 and will not work with Windows ME, 98 or 95.   To correct display problems, please adjust the Settings tab of your Display Properties panel in the Control Panel to 24 bit or 32 bit color quality and make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card or interface.
